For the supply of best quality products, quality control is the key. At 'Skill' we have a dedicated team of quality inspectors constantly engaged in checking and testing Steel Balls on different stages of manufacturing to ensure perfect size, grade and finish to achieve best quality.
Standard Confirmations
Our Steel Balls are made from ball standard ISO 3290:2008 and raw material standard is DIN ISO 683-17.
Raw Material Checking
Each and every material brought in to factory premises for Ball manufacturing is checked for Steel grade, structure and material specifications.
Documentation & Testing Measures
We take documentation and testing measures equally seriously. We have most modern standard room with latest TAYLOR HOBSON to check roughness and roundness testing and OLYMPUS Microscope for checking material micro structure. To control in-process quality online electronic as well as mechanical comparators are used for better product quality. Also we have Aviko ball scanning machine for higher ball quality and superior grade balls.
Quality Audit
Our team of quality experts check Balls for different factors ranging from surface roughness, roundness, waviness, lot size variation, hardness and noise level testing prior to approve for final packaging and dispatch to customers.
